Induction and Training
A full supernummerary induction programme initially of four weeks at the Lane Fox REMEO centre with attendance of one week at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust for mandatory and corporate training. At the centre you will have maximum support to learn the clinical management of our patients on both the technical aspects of care and the individual rehabilitation programmes in place.
The induction programme continues to support you as a full member of the nursing team as you complete a further four weeks of consolidation and acquire more advanced skills. Internal bank can be joined once deemed competent and safe to practice within our specialist field.
